  • 2 med bananas (300g)
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries , fresh (200g)
  • 2/3 cup cashews (100g)
  • 6 med medjool dates (100g)
  • 1 cup water (250ml)
  • 1 cup ice (250ml)


  • Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
