Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp salt (52g)
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • 1 drop bay essential oil OR 1 bay leaf

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Store in an air-tight jar in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

To Use

  • Add 1/2 tsp homemade vegetable stock powder and 1/2 tsp braggs liquid aminos, tamari or soy sauce to 1 cup of water.
