I discovered this recipe for raw walnut onion pate accidentally one day, while I was making vegan sausage rolls. Bless that wandering tongue of mine. It’s delicious on raw flax crackers, delightful on carrot sticks and utterly decadent straight off the spoon.

This raw taco salad is so delicious. I can't believe how much salad greens I'm eating. And I always feel full and satisfied afterwards, like I've eaten the heartiest winter meal.
I made Ani Phyo's raw tomato chili with walnut taco meat the other night, and I must say it was rather delicious. A great winter meal, especially if you blend it until it warms up, and serve it in pre-warmed chunky ceramic bowls. Mmmmmmmm, toasty warm :)
Raw taco salad #2, this time with a different taco "meat" recipe - fresh roquette (arugula), walnut taco meat, avocado frog dip, chopped tomatoes, macadamia sour cream, and chopped spring (green) onions.
The walnuts and macadamias in this raw cake are a winning combination (even with the kids), and being another ‘just chuck it all in the processor’ recipe, you can have your cake (and eat it too) in less than 15 minutes if you want.
These vegan sausage rolls are the best sausage rolls I've ever tasted. And what's even cooler, is that they look just like regular sausage rolls. So if you’re trying to get your kids to eat a little healthier, these vegan sausage rolls are one heck of an addition to your arsenal of “healthy but so delicious they don’t care” recipes.
