I've eaten this crunchy hemp coconut fruit salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's light enough and yet filling enough to be eaten at any time of day, and you can make it in 5 minutes flat, with no special equipment necessary.

Who could resist such vibrant, seductive strawberries like these ones? Especially when they taste so darned good. And when you pair them with the sweet and tangy taste of raw coconut cream (yoghurt), it really doesn't get much better than this. Brilliant with bananas, moreish with mangoes and stunning with strawberries.
Yesterday for lunch, I made a quick fruit salad, with one sliced banana and two sliced strawberries, added a few generous spoonfuls of my tasty coconut yoghurt, and topped it off with a drizzle of raw orange marmalade. Yum.
