I made Ani Phyo's raw tomato chili with walnut taco meat the other night, and I must say it was rather delicious. A great winter meal, especially if you blend it until it warms up, and serve it in pre-warmed chunky ceramic bowls. Mmmmmmmm, toasty warm :)
