This amazing delicious, incredibly versatile winter green smoothie recipe uses pears, apples and bananas, and works amazingly well with every leafy green I’ve thrown at it. So far I’ve tried spinach, chard/silverbeet, arugula/roquette, kale, bok choy, chicory, collards and chinese broccoli. Amazing.

I realised that I could take any salad I make, and wrap it in rice paper for a perfectly portable, self-contained lunch. These ones were filled with chili chickpea spread and topped with rocket (arugula), avocado, cherry tomatoes and marinated mushrooms.
This raw taco salad is so delicious. I can't believe how much salad greens I'm eating. And I always feel full and satisfied afterwards, like I've eaten the heartiest winter meal.
