When I was making raw hot cross buns at Easter, they seriously reminded me of mum's date scones. So I'm currently adapting a them into a recipe for raw date scones, and the experiment is definitely headed in the right direction.

I've been eating 97% raw since the start of 2013. And it's been working really well. Almost. I have a theory that I'm not getting enough calories. So I'm experimenting on myself to figure out how to get more calories on a raw vegan diet, without eating more fat. Introducing... the human guinea pig.
