I’ve never made fudge in my blender before, or anything very solid really.
But when I saw this recipe for raw caramel fudge…
…I just had to give it a try.
So I summoned my courage and voila!
And it doesn’t get any simpler than this – 1 cup of macadamias, 1 cup of medjool dates (pitted), blend, freeze, eat.
I can definitely handle that.
And look at how it turned out.
Did I mention that it tastes flipping awesome?
In a “I can only eat four pieces at a time and then I have to stop because my brain is melting” kind of way.
(That’s a good thing, btw, just in case you were wondering.)
